I made one major purchase at Circuit City and it was the worst retail experience of my life. I was so happy to see them close their doors forever. It was customer service like they gave me that must have been their standard, which eventually led to their doom.
But without this large electronics retailer, where can you go to find the electronics and other items you need? My wife and I shop at Buy.com, not only do they have all the electronics that you could get at that other place, but they have even more. And never have we had a negative experience when we purchase something from Buy.com.
