There's a wide selection of banks to choose from in Texas, but one thing I like the most about here is there is a huge availability of small, community based banks that really know how to provide customer service and know you by name when you walk in.
The next time you are driving through Texas, play a game with the kids and count how many banks you see that are not nation wide super banks. You'll be surprised how many you see, especially if you are off the beaten path.
